The typical medical response to hypothyroidism is iodine supplementation. If after taking iodine you experience anxiety, nervousness, palpitations or insomnia you are having an adverse reaction to the iodine. In this case the iodine can actually makes things worse and may cause you to loose more thyroid tissue.
Ask your Doctor to order the test for the presence of Thyroid Perioxidase (TPO) antibodies. If these antibodies are present iodine is contraindicated. If you have high TPO antibodies you probably don’t want to take iodine even though you are iodine deficient as this may damage your thyroid gland further and the cells won’t restore.
The other approach that’s often used are prescriptions for Synthroid or Armour Thyroid which may result in you experiencing the same symptoms. The reason for this is that the iodothyronin deiodinase enzymes (D1, D2, and D3) are not functioning properly.
The Allergy Relief Treatment can clear for the Thyroid Perioxidase antibodies. After you do this treatment you will no longer react negatively to iodine. Try the Allergy Relief System and do a treatment for Iodothyronin Deiodinase and Thyroid Perioxidase antibodies.

SUPPORTING RESEARCH on Vitamin D deficiency
Peterlik M, Cross HS.

. . . On a molecular and cellular basis many observations [show] significant associations exist between a compromised vitamin D status and the pathogenesis of frequent chronic diseases. In addition to skeletal disorders, vitamin D insufficiency is a risk factor for malignancies, particularly of the colon, breast and prostate gland, as well as for chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases (insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.).
Anticancer Res. 2006 Jul-Aug;26(4A):2581-8.
People suffering from Vitamin D deficiency are more likely to develop multiple malignant cancers and other chronic diseases.

Vitamin D status, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, and the immune system.
Cantorna MT, Zhu Y, Froicu M, Wittke A.
Department of Nutritional Sciences, Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA 16802, USA. mxc69@psu.eduVitamin D is an important immune system regulator. The active form of vitamin D, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 [1,25(OH)2D3], has been shown to inhibit the development of autoimmune diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
You need to get enough Vitamin D into your body to produce a therapeutic result. This means about 6,000 to 8,000 IU’s/day. That’s only 3-4 drops of this Bio-D-Mulsion Forte (click for info).
Click to order Biotics emulsified Vitamin D.
It contains 2,000 IU’s per drop!
Vitamin D can also become deficient when the internal cellular mechanism that’s meant to convert sunight into Vitamin D isn’t working. That’s the reason I include Vitamin D in the

Every day people with thyroid problems whether they have an under active thyroid or an over active thyroid, come to this site looking for answers and solutions. We now know that there is a strong connection between hypothyroidism and allergies.
An underactive thyroid may be the result of eating foods containing Gluten, Insulin Resistance, GI infections, Estrogen Dominance, Heavy Metal Toxicity, Iodine Excess and VCR Polymorphism. Common complaints are fatigue, depression and an inability to lose weight. It is probable that your thyroid cells are being destroyed by autoantibodies which cause an elevation in thyroid TSH levels.
What you might not realize is what preceded your hypothyroid condition. Perhaps your body has been tricked into believing that your thyroid gland is foreign tissue. Although this isn’t true, this is exactly what is happening in a person with an autoimmune thyroid condition.
Learning Center: When an antigen-allergen comes from the body’s own thyroid gland it is referred to as an autoantigen, which means we are allergic to ourselves. The antibody that attacks the thyroid gland is referred to as an autoantibody. This means we produce autoantibodies against ourselves. When a disease is characterized by the production of autoantibodies, it is called an autoimmune disease.
There are a lot of “A” words in this paragraph and even I find myself getting confused. Let’s go over it once more. When we are having an allergic response our body sees a foreign substance as an allergen aka antigen. In this case your body has incorrectly labeled your thyroid gland as a foreign substance and your body’s response is to produce autoantibodies that attack it. DNA Allergy Relief Treatments reprogram your DNA to prevent the body from producing these autoantibodies.

Many people with Hypothyroidism have one or more of the following three types of anemia. You can use Allergy Relief Treatments to clear for these anemias first. This greatly improves the chances that any treatment you are currently under will work better.
- Pernicious anemia or B-Vitamin anemia: You are unable to absorb or assimilate B Vitamins, especially B6, B12 and folic acid.
- Iron deficiency anemia: You are allergic to iron and/or ferritin. You may need to clear for anti-ferritin antibodies
- Autoimmune anemia: Highly likely as you already have an autoimmune disorder

Dysfunctional Thyroid = Increased Systemic Pain
- Perhaps it’s coincidental that a deficiency in Vitamin D is present in cases of constant, moderate to severe pain of unknown origin.
- A quick google search = “hypothyroid vitamin d deficiency” reveals:
-
- Vitamin D Deficiency and Thyroid Disease: Theodore C. Friedman, M.D., Ph.D.
- Vitamin D Deficiency and Autoimmune Diseases: Dr. Ted Edwards, D.C.
- Controversies in Medicine: Subclinical Hypothyroidism, Vitamin D, HDL-C, Editor’s Note Internal Medicine World Report
Bio-D-Mulsion Forte may be the answer. This micro-emulsified supplement enhances absorption and utilization, which is particularly important for those with malabsorption issues. Each drop supplies 2,000 IU of vitamin D3.
- Your thyroid symptoms will not improve if you are anemic
- A B-Vitamin deficiency is called Pernicious Anemia which is present in an overwhelming number of people, particularly those with a thyroid malfunction.
- If you’ve been told you have or are at risk from a Thyroid condition, I highly recommend that you start taking 2-3 Vana-Chrom tablets daily. This is a specially formulated product with a low dose of essential B-Vitamins that are easily absorbed along with vanadium and chromium to help with blood sugar regulation. Order Vana-chrom 60 tablets – $21.95
- Any gastrointestinal malfunction decreases the effectiveness of thyroid therapies
- Yeast-overgrowth alters gastrointestinal function in a number of undesirable ways. It invariably occurs as a result of any anti-biotic therapy. This could include the abundant amount of anti-biotic you presently consume from the food supply. A yeast over – growth is the catalyst that makes you sensitive to and then allergic to the proteins and gluten in grains and the casein in dairy.
- These allergies lead to even more severe gastrointestinal conditions like dysbiosis and leaky gut. Often not diagnosed properly, these can lead to further complications like celiac and chron’s disease.
- Leaky gut results in an alarming acceleration of inflammation, an enormous increases in free radical levels, and in both cases, the gluten and casein proteins are known contributors to thyroid disease
- Because it is an Auto-Immune disease any defects in the immune system must be addressed.

I was struck by the first sentence of this 2004 research study:
“Autoantibodies against human thyroglobulin are a hallmark of autoimmune thyroid disease in humans.”
Antigens precede the creation of antibodies which are involved in allergic diseases. Something is tricking the body into believing that the thyroid is foreign tissue.
What is an autoantibody
Why are they important?
How do they impact thyroglobulin?
An AUTO-ANTIBODY is an antibody that attacks your cells, tissues and even proteins.
When that happens, your body starts producing antigens against your own cells or tissues. This is an allergy!
Your body’s reaction is to form autoantibodies. This is important because these autoantibodies attack and disable thyroglobulin as though it was a foreign invader.
An Allergy Relief Treatment may stop the allergic reaction your body is having toward its own thyroglobulin. Once this is accomplished your thyroid gland will no longer have the need to make autoantibodies against itself which is the reason you have autoimmune thyroid disease in the first place.

Who needs Liquid Iodine ForteTM?
Iodine, an essential trace mineral necessary for the production of thyroxine (T4), is often found lacking in the typical western diet.
Approximately 80% of the dietary intake of iodine is sequestered by the thyroid gland. However, other tissues store and use iodine as well, including salivary glands, gastric (stomach) mucosa, ovaries, and lactating mammary glands.
Decreased iodine status negatively impacts thyroid function and studies have also correlated iodine deficiency to having a substantial impact on cognitive and neurological development and function of the fetus and neonate.
Liquid Iodine Forte’s high bioavailability of supplemental iodine (as potassium iodide) in an aqueous form is ideal for people who have been tested for low iodine levels. . Moreover, there is no risk of heavy metal contamination as it is not derived from sources with known contaminants such as sea vegetation.
Liquid Iodine ForteTM contains 150 mcg of iodine per drop, and can be taken on its own or readily mixed into a beverage of choice. Only available through licensed health practitioners.
